2023-2024 Activity Registration

SPRING 2024 Registration - OPEN NOW!! 

Practices start on the following days: 

March 11 - Softball, Track, Adapted Softball CI and PI, Baseball (arm conditioning

March 18 - Boys and Girls Golf

March 25 - Boys Tennis

April 1 - Boys Volleyball, Boys/Girls Lacrosse

Please make sure your student has had their Sports Qualifying Physical. 

Sports Qualifying Physicals are good for 3 years from the date of physical. Please make sure that your students physical is up to date. You will need to upload the current, completed by a doctor, physical during the registration process.

Where can I get a Sports Physical?
 
You may use your own doctor or clinic for a physical or these are some other options that may be available to you.
Call ahead to confirm fee information and hours. Many clinics require you to bring a MSHSL Sports Qualifying Physical Examination Clearance form with you when you visit.
  •    Apex Chiropractic, New Hope – 763-533-0654 – Same day appointments for about $20**
  •    Minute Clinic at CVS Pharmacy and some Target locations, will do walk-in sports physicals for about $69**
  •    Some Urgent Care/Express clinics may do sports physicals.

Prices may change. Please call to confirm. Cooper High School does not endorse any of these options for Sports Physicals. It is the decision of the parent as to where the may bring their student for a physical. If you are transferring to Cooper from a different high school, please download this form. Once form is completed, please email to cooperactivities@rdale.org or drop off at Cooper Activities Office. This form must ne received before the student is able to participate.

Transfer Students

If your student is transferring to Cooper High School from a different high school, please complete the MSHSL Transfer Form.

Once form is completed, the Cooper Activities will reach out to you if there are any questions on the form. 

Information will then be submitted to Minnesota State High School League to determine varsity eligibility for the current season. 

 

International Students 

If you are an international student enrolling at Robbinsdale Cooper high school, please complete this form as well as the registration form. All information should be turned in at Cooper Activities office. 

 

Fees for all students participating in high school athletics, grades 7-12, are $210. 

Students who qualify for Reduced educational benefits - $100
Students who qualify for Free educational benefits - $50

We encourage all families to apply for Educational Benefits to confirm eligibility for Free and Reduced lunch. 

If your family is eligible for education benefits, your students will also receive reduced activities fees. To learn more and to apply for benefits, go HERE. Once you have been approved for benefits, please bring a copy of your award level to the Cooper Activities office. OR, email a picture of your approval letter to cooperactivities@rdale.org

 

To register your student for an activity, please have the following information:  

1. A valid parent email address

2. Your student's ID # - Can be found on their most recent report card, or their previous student picture ID.  Your student will know this number! 

3. Your Student's Last Name
